Angie, the owner, was fantastic; nothing was too much trouble. She understood our needs, and they were fully met. The rooms are comfortable, with air conditioning in the bedrooms as an optional extra. We made very good use of this extra! Russell-Hobbs kettle and toaster are provided for the kitchen, with fridge and cooking rings. Double bed in bedroom, and sofas in lounge fold out for additional bedding. Plenty of wardrobe space and more than enough clothes hangers provided. Friendly staff, and daily room cleaning. I was very impressed.

This hotel offers excellent value for money, with affordable prices and basic amenities. The staff are incredibly friendly and provide exceptional service. The rooms are well-maintained by a very friendly cleaner. The location, set back from the noisy beach road, ensures a peaceful stay.
No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

the rooms are spacious and clean, with a decent pool area and great bar. the friendly staff did everything to make our stay enjoyable. Parking was easy, and a big supermarket was just a few meters from the hotel. We even had the chance to join the BBQ parties. the food was very appetizing. the location is great, and we had fun and relaxing days in a quiet area by the sea.
Sadly, the noise from motorcycle club opposite to the hotel was a little disturbing at night.

The rooms at Tycoon Apartments are absolutely fantastic! I stayed in a spacious studio and it felt like a home away from home. The large living room with comfy sofas that can convert to beds was a great touch. Plus, the flat-screen TV with a USB port made it easy for me to watch my favorite shows. As a solo traveler, I loved having the option to relax and unwind in such a cozy space.
Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the deep soaking bathtubs in the private bathrooms. But hey, that's just my preference and I can see how others might enjoy it.

As a businessman attending a summit, I chose Tycoon Apartments in Limassol for its family-run atmosphere. I was pleased with the cleanliness and well-equipped apartments. The friendly and attentive staff made me feel welcome, and the location was convenient for accessing shops and restaurants.
The only service I missed for my work was a business center.

The location was great as it was close to shops and beaches. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home.
The noise level was very high throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep. The furniture was old and worn-out, and the air conditioning wasn't included in the price.

We recently stayed at a hotel apartment for a city trip and we absolutely LOVED it. the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, and even checked in with us before our trip to ensure we had everything sorted. the apartments were very clean and well, equipped, and we were pleasantly surprised to find a pool area with ample sunbeds for our use. the location was also ideal, as shops and restaurants were just a short walk away.
There was a bit of noise late at night outside our room, which disrupted our sleep a bit. It seemed to be coming from outside the building and may have been related to a nearby motorcycle club.
